Dwelsa ("we," "us") operates dwelsa.com, an educational tool that helps people run the numbers on buying, selling, moving, refinancing, and investing in residential real estate. You can reach us at eddie@option1mortgage.com.
You can use Dwelsa without creating an account and without giving us your name. The numbers you type into the calculators (income, balances, home values, and similar) are processed in your browser to show you results; we do not store them on our servers. We receive information only in these cases:
Service providers that make the site work: Cloudflare (hosting), RentCast (property valuation data), and Resend (email delivery). They process data only to provide their service to us. If you ask to be connected with a real estate or mortgage professional, we share your request with that professional so they can respond. We may disclose information if required by law.
You can opt out of emails at any time using the link in any email or by writing to us. Depending on where you live (including under the Colorado Privacy Act and similar state laws), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Email eddie@option1mortgage.com and we will honor verified requests within the time required by law.
We keep email-feature information only as long as needed for the purpose you gave it to us, then delete it. We use reputable providers and industry-standard safeguards, though no internet service can guarantee perfect security.
Dwelsa is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
If we change this policy, we will update this page and its effective date.
